Pricing

Dry Clean Only pricing varies based on event type, required setup and breakdown time, day of the week, and season. Get in touch to learn more about pricing for your specific event.


Planner Required

With the exception of select community gatherings and small charity events, we require all events to have a dedicated planner. This is to create a seamless process communication-wise, protect both your security deposit and our space, and ensure that you can actually enjoy your event without sweating the details. 


Included Amenities

Every event hosted at Dry Clean Only has access to our basic amenities, including

  • 225 seated capacity, 300 standing capacity

  • Versatile, easily-adapted space

  • 200 chairs, a mix of Banquet, Sweetheart and round tables available for use

  • 15 Free parking

  • Full commercial prep kitchen

  • Bar partnership

  • Access to our preferred partner list

Available Rentals

In addition to our baseline of included amenities, we have a wide range of rentals available in-house, including:

Preferred Vendors

As dedicated party people, we have thoughtfully curated a list of local vendors that will work tirelessly to make your event flow seamlessly, look beautiful, keep the drinks flowing, and more. All inquiries will get access to this list including caterers, planners, event designers, florists, DJs, and so much more.
